Beloved,

God demands faithfulness from all His children, not just responsibility. There is a big difference between being faithful and responsible. A faithful man is always responsible, but a responsible man may not be faithful to God but still discharges his duties as expected.

God is more interested in your relationship with Him than your services, and He places high premium on it. The way you honour God is a reflection of how you know Him. Knowing God is not the same as knowing about Him.

When you know God, you value your relationship with Him and walk in accordance with His will. However, you may know about God like the world do and still live a life of sin because it takes accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal saviour to know and have a personal relationship with God.

When you know God personally, it does not matter what the devil throws at you, it will not change your perception of who God is and your challenges no matter how insurmountable will not define who your God is.

May God give us the grace to know Him more and more. Keep learning and growing in God! It’s your month of New Beginning, so be expectant.
