Scripture:
“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” – John 14:15 (NKJV)
Beloved,
How can you say you have encountered God, yet His nature does not reflect in your character, words, behaviour, attitude, and way of life?
True knowledge of God transforms. When you truly meet Him, your life ceases to be about you and begins to be about Him. Your choices, priorities, and pursuits are aligned with His will.
The way you serve and honour God reveals how deeply you know Him. If worldly pursuits still outweigh kingdom priorities in your heart, you need to re-examine your relationship with Him.
Complete obedience is not optional, it is a must for a child of God who desires to walk in the supernatural and fulfil divine purpose. God’s instructions must be obeyed even when they seem unreasonable, for the miraculous often lies on the other side of what seems illogical.
When you obey God, you are not doing Him a favour, it’s for your own good. Sometimes, your present trials are God’s way of teaching you humility, obedience, and total dependence on Him, so you will not attribute your success to your wisdom or abilities.
The blessing you long for is tied to obedience. God has not concluded your case yet. Surrender fully, and you will see His mighty hand at work in your life.
Key Points to Remember:
True knowledge of God changes your life.
Loving God is proven through obedience, not just words.
Obedience may not always make sense, but it positions you for miracles.
Trials can be divine lessons in humility and dependence on God.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father,
I desire to know You more and walk in total obedience to Your word. Help me to trust Your leading even when it does not make sense. Teach me humility, and remove every trace of pride or self-reliance from my heart.
Give me the grace to put You first in all things. May my life be a true reflection of You, and may I fulfil my divine purpose in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Action Step:
Identify one area in your life where you have been resisting God’s leading. Today, choose to obey fully and watch what He will do.
